How does WCLS work?

We provide free monthly legal clinics where you can speak to an attorney. We can attempt to find pro-bono representation for qualifying individuals. Unlike criminal cases, there’s no right to an attorney in family law and civil cases. In order to qualify please see the downloadable file on our Contact Us page and submit it. WCLS can refer qualifying individuals to “unbundled services”. These “unbundled services” can be for reduced fees and in some cases for those who qualify, we can find pro bono representation for you.

What do I do if I do not qualify?

If you do not qualify you are still eligible to participate in WCLS Events where you can get free legal advice from an attorney at our monthly clinics. You may need to sign a waiver and pre-register for certain events. (See events page for specific dates and info). Keep checking back for self-help events and workshops.
